In a previous thread I asked about bluetooth keybboard malfuntion, having two of the older White aapl bluetooth keyboards

they were the *****Best**** quiet, nice feel etc

those newer flat items from aapl are well aapl mistakes I think

pretty, but not as fuctional as the white ones

I found a RocketFish BT at Best Buy and am trying it. the keys are fine, but the spacer is very noisy

I also find that sometimes when I press a key I get a zillion of those letters

it got me thinking: in myh MacPro could the bluetooth receiver be defective?

would there be a way to find out?

also it fairly hot here, not too bad, 85 and humid. I never tried to correlate the older white keyboards 'failure' with temp ambient

Id get weird keyboard combo's with odd keyes, sometimes a F key with a regular key

Id love to solve this problem and get back to those white keyboards!

thanks

Try connecting and using a non-keyboard BT device.

To be honest with you, your post is a bit of a ramble and could use some punctuation where applicable.
