My 24" iMac using OS 10.6.2 is attached to a Canon Pixma MP560 via USB. When I use Adobe inDesign CS4 I am unable to choose the rear tray for printing. A Layout/Quality & Media/Paper Source/Rear Tray option does not appear. It does with PhotoShop CS4 on my iMac. Any suggestions? Thanks.
