I've got a 2nd generation Drobo connected to my MBA via Apple's 24" LED display.

When it's powered up, Snow Leopard performance slows to a crawl. The UI responds to inputs very, very slowly; clicking on anything results in the system busy cursor which goes away after about 20 seconds or so. Clicking on a menu item results in a delay that makes me wonder if I had actually clicked on it. Airport connection drops many, many times during the day.

I've had the unit powered off for a full 24 hours and the system is responding normally.

I have the latest firmware and I don't use the Dashboard software.

If I can't figure this out, the Drobo is heading for eBay.
