Pair the phone with the Mac using the "Bluetooth" pane in Apple menu --> System Preferences.

iSync should open up automatically and offer to sync all your calendar and address book entries with the phone via Bluetooth.

If it doesn't, you may need to install an iSync profile for your phone.

That should be absolutely straightforward, but for more details, check out the Nokia support site:

Nokia USA - iSync - Compatibility & download

Thanks a lot for your reply,i am currently checking out the links you gave me..

Next i wanted to is it best that i move around with the software apple has provided or just download my favs(Like mozilla firefox instead of safari)?I keep hearing that software provided by apple are top top class.

Edit:When i try to pair the devices i get the message the mac cannot set up my device as a dial up modem because bluetooth interface is not available, telling me to go to neworkpreferences to add it....

Now from there what i do there is a list showing my nokia phoe as not connected...

This comes down to personal preference. You can use Firefox if you want (some swear by it), or you can use Safari (some swear by it); or you can use Opera, Camino, iCab, Chrome, or one of the other forty-eleven browsers available out there. Find the one you like the most and use that.

The same goes for whatever other applications you use regularly. Apple’s Mail application is decent, but others swear by Thunderbird; iTunes is probably the best music player for OS X (and required if you want to sync an iPod, of course), but there are others out there you can check out if you want; etc.

I haven’t played with Bluetooth in at least four years, so my memories of it are vague to say the least … but if it says the phone is not connected, are you sure you’ve turned on Bluetooth sharing on the phone? And connected it to the MacBook?

As a rule, "better their quality" is impossible.

Shit in, shit out.

Always.

You can change contrast, white balance, tint, and apply various filters, though.

There's a help menu in almost every Mac application - use it, and especially take a look at the video guides. They're generally very very well done, aimed at people who couldn't care less about the technical details and just want to get their stuff edited.
