Hello

i would like to know is it possible to have my MBP lid closed and use two additional monitors as my main?

will there be any heat issue on the MBP ( keep in mind i will be using it for many hours to design/code )

and what good monitors do you recommend to buy ( i will be buying two of the same brand )

The problem with two external monitors is connecting them - the MBP only has one video output.

You either need a device that splits the video output to two monitors (a rather stupid solution, since you then have one half of the menubar on either display, and one half of the dock on either display) into effectively one very wide single display, or something like one of the USB devices discussed here:

I distrust anything that shoehorns yet another function into USB that the damn protocol was *never* designed to handle, but YMMV.
