I just got a FireWire iSIght. That's the one thats kind of like a little aluminum can. It's in like-new condition, and it seems to work well. Except it has one strange feature, it gets super hot. And I don't mean when it's in use. I haven't used it all day, and right now, it's sitting atop my monitor, very very hot. Not hot enough that it will burn you, but hot enough that it is not comfortable to hold. It probably gets as hot as my aluminum cinema display. But the heat isn't coming from the display, the camera is definitely generating it's own warmth. Is that normal?

If it's plugged in, then yes. They do get hot.
