Printer black marks, any idea?

Canon pixma 1600 I have , getting a lot of black marks on paper after inserting new black cartridge.
Done bunch of cleaning, does this go away eventually? Any tips? thanks.

Where on the paper, like where the rollers are, or in the middle?

Dang not sure on either. I am going to do more test, and cleaning. How do know where the rollers are? How would you know if you have a leak for sure? thanks!

I used to get lots of marks from an old epson printer, for some reason ink dust got out on and stuck to the rollers. I could tell because the marks were straight lines, and they were near the edges (not all printers would be like this). I could fix it for a while with a qtip and rubbing alcohol but that printer let you into the guts more.
I've not had the problem with my Canon.
Recommend fixing for both problems: Clean as much as you can, then swap the black ink for another one? If it's fixed you'll know the culprit.

is your printer ok now? if not, maybe it's because of the type of paper you use or the something to do with the ink? my printer has the same problem but now i went to a local printer shop for them to fix it
