Hi, I'm new to MAC OS X 10.8.4, basically windows user.
How to connect my company Printer "HP LaserJet M5025"
to my MAC via WIFI

The problem is i need to add IP address, Username and Password to take a printout.

My IP Address for printer is like "\\\printer1"
My username for printer is like "Companyprinter\ZZZ"
Password is "xxxx"

In WINDOWS, I go to RUN and enter "\\\printer1" then username and password, so it easily connected to the printer.

But, i don't see the option to enter username and password in MAC

Have you tried clicking on the top left apple menu, then down to System Preferences, then Print and Scan? You can add a printer there.

You can certainly add an IP printer from within system preferences, I've never tried to add one with password protection on it. Is this printer being managed by an Active Directory by any chance?

Take a look at this page:
Network Printer Connection: Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) and 10.8 (Mountain Lion) - IT Services - Truman State University

Those instructions ought to work for you.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....
