I cannot get my Palm m500 to HotSync with my Mac G3 running OS 8.6. I'm using the USB HotSync cradle, PalmDesktop v.2.6.3 and Palm OS Software 4.0. The error message still says the "software needed...cannot be found." Any ideas?
