There is a new version of PalmBuddy out which works with
USB and new Handspring/Palm models. I have also managed
to get it to work with a Keyspan USB/PDA adapter running under
Classic in MacOS X.

The name has been changed to Sync Buddy. Seems it was necessary to keep Palm lawyers happy.
