With system 9.2.1, I have been installing and uninstalling(my vision is blurred) Palm desktop 2.6.1 for my Handspring. Ironically, once installed:
A. Palm software and Hotsync are not able to open from the menu.
B. Hotsync opens and says "Hotsync has already been set up"
C. Once Hotsync is opened manually from the Palm Folder, when edit users is clicked a dialog box pops up "file not found".
D After uninstalling (manually), and reinstalling result(s) are: All of the above or some of the above.
E. I did install Palm Software 4.0 which is almost flawless. However, it failed to recognize) and back up my eyemodule picts.
f. I am a (part time) Java/OOPS hacker and found fewer idiosyncracies in code
g. HELP.
