Palm VII Wireless Sync?

	I have a Palm VII that I can't use right now b/c my Mac only has USB ports and no serial port. Besides dishing out the cash for a serial-USB adapter, is there any way to use wireless syncing to update my Palm VII? I tried updating my Palm, but Palm removed the software update/purchase option from their site. I believe I've got the second to last update available for the Palm VII. Thanks in advance for any advice.
