Hi,
I havea T615 too so I'll try and answer some of your questions.
1) It will sync with Palm Desktop, depending on what version of Palm Desktop you want to use. If you use the new 4.0 beta that Palm has on its site, it should work (even in 9.2 I think, in X it works for sure). Otherwise, you'll probably have to get the $30 Missing Sync software to make it sync with Palm Desktop.
2) You can use documents to go, at least with the OLD version of Palm Desktop. No idea if it works with the new version of Palm Desktop, you'll probably just have to try and see.
3) Yes you can install apps the samae you did on your Palm V.
4) What is the Dictionary/Thesaurus? Is it an app or some kind of document? You can load things onto the memory stick either by using the Palm Desktop beta (which allows you to install things directly to a memory card) or by installing it to the Clie and then using the software included with the clie to transfer it onto the memory stick. I think that the Missing Sync software now supports using MS Import, a program included with the Clie for mounting the memory stick on your desktop and accessing it like a hard drive so you can transfer files directly. Don't quote me on that though, I haven't used the missing sync in a while.
