Is anyone using NewTen for OS X to install onto their Newton? I'm soon buying my Newton a keyspan serial-usb adapter and hope to be able to install packages onto my MP2100 with NewTen.
Scooters are more fun than computers and only slightly more frustrating

I've been using NewTen for about two months now, and it works just fine.

What I can't stand is that bloody Keyspan TwinSerial adapter; caused me like eight system freezes and two kernel panics so far...

Since you say you have an MP2100, I suggest you get yourself an ethernet card for it. Unfortunately, I've only got an old H1000, so I don't have that option.

It and the Keyspan work fine. On subsequent occasions trying to connect in Classic with NCK that the presence of the Keyspan stuff interferes and I can't complete a connection w/ NCK. I don't remember the exact error message at the moment though.
