I have been trying to purchase/register SBM Utilities for my Newton. I paid via Kagi, but I have not received my registration key after a week. My e-mails are not being answered. Does anyone have any advice (other than cancelling the transaction)?

I have an error on my Newton 2100 that is preventing a complete synchronization or backup. I have been able to find any corrupted data or other problems, so I was hoping SBM would work for me.
