It's just the best thing that's happened to me since my powerbook!!! Seriously, I've never been organized before and this really keeps me in line! all in this little tiny package that fits in my pocket! How cool! Okay that's all I have to say for now!

nice forum... glad it's here!

I love my 8Mb Visor too! Got it in ice (i.e. totally see-thru!) and started dumping apps and files on it like crazy... I've only used up a Meg or two in 2 weeks, but somewhere between the customizable learning Remote Control (OmniRemote) and the QT Movie player(MovPlayer) I realised I've got a real winner in my hands! Half the size of a Gameboy, but plays more games than I have time for... and the best part is what's yet to come, because this sucker has a microphone, and a springboard slot... I'm torn between taking pics with the Eyemodule or getting a barcode scanner, or just waiting for the Next Great Module to come out... it can do anything!

Yeah I know what you mean! I'm waiting for the Geode GPS system.. It sounds like a definite winner! Sony seems to have a nice slick design but there is still no true "expandable" piece of hardware out there. Sony's memory stick is still memory and so is the sandisk SD chip (just secure).

Eric:
You can do either. A Gameboy emulator was just released a little while ago. Also there are tons and tons of games developed specifically for the Palm OS (which is what the Visor uses as its OS).

I fully agree! The Visor Deluxe is the ultimate gadget/tool. I bought it last October. Handspring is truly the innovator. I use it for Digital/Video and Film editing and animation, after finding frame calculator and stopwatch software (rather than buying a dedicated editor's calculator, what a waste). $$$ well spent. The GPS and the camera look to be just as cool. Organization is amazing and I use Pocket Quicken too. Very cool tool!
