Anyone know if there is a way to share a Palm Desktop schedule with another user, so that a secretary can update the schedule of his/her boss?

Can I just keep the Data file on the server, or just share it out and let two people open it at once? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Andy,

We ran into that same scenario in our company lately. We have secretaries that would like to have access to edit their bosses' calendars. I know that Palm has a Palm server which allows you to sync your data to a central server and then rights can be assigned to let others have access to your data.

Another solution we found was a piece of software called Meeting Maker. It's pretty good calendaring software that syncs and stores all calendar data on a server so that it can be shared. The downside? It's pretty expensive. If I remember correctly, it's something like $1000 for 10 users. They have a demo on their site (www.meetingmaker6.com). Give it a try. Good Luck!

Jeff
