I dropped my Visor the other day and thought I'd post here to let others know what happened.

Turns out when I dropped it one of the springs that contacts the batteries got squished flat so it wouldn't make contact. When I turned the thing on it would flash the display on and off (scott freaks out). After I figured out it was the power and that the spring needed to be resprung the thing came back to life.

After that I had a little trouble with the hot sync to restore the data. I just pulled the battery again to get it to reset the whole thing, ran through the setup and Poof. Hot synced the data back.

Since I'm a new Visor owner and carry it in my pocket all day (where it could potentially get bumped around a lot), it's good to know that it can hold up to a big bump. thanks.
