i have a palm III and i use it mainly for reading emails and docs (and the game or several) however i find the small screen very limiting.
so, i got to wondering what exactly the pros and cons are of each amchine. if anyone has both or used both could you please reply with you're views?

Pros: its size

Cons: its size

Ive used both machines quite extensively (currently a Newton user), and the Newton is really a far superior machine to the Palm line of handhelds. Its power, design and usability make it the perfect tool for any techie...
If you're going to use a Newton just for email, a 130 is quite usable for that purpose. For any other use the 2100 is far superior, a powerhouse handheld still very competitive with any PDA on the market.
I really enjoy my Newton 2100, because it does everything I need it to and much much more...
