I've been starting to use file-sharing, and I've found that when file-sharing is turned on, my Visor hot-syncs don't work... Can anyone offer some advice / suggestions?

I dont know about the visor since I have a Palm V. But as far as this may help you, I have FS on all the time. The only problem I have is that I have to disconnect and connect the USB cable for my sync to work after every restart.
