Hi,

I am in the market for a PDA (Palm IIIxe or Visor Deluxe) and am curious if you can use these on two computers at once. In other words, can I sync it on my mac at home, then take it to work, make changes, sync it there, then home, etc. In other words, can you sync a single PDA with multiple computers. Any words of en-or dis-couragement would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, you can.
I sync my Palm IIIc with an NT 4.0 machine at work and iMac at home.

Only one caveat: When you go to a new machine, the Palm does a "slow synch" - it compares every single record to look for changes. This takes more time, and depends on how much stuff you have in your Palm.
I haven't found it to be a problem.

Most things should be fine, but some Palm apps (such as Documents to Go) will only sync with a single computer.
