I have a client who has a Powerbook G3 (266 I believe) and a Palm with a serial port. I upgraded him from Os 8.6 to OS 9.1 over the weekend. Ever since then, I cannot get his Palm to hotsync with his Powerbook. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

Do you have the latest version of the hotsync manager?

I found that whenever I changed software, my hotsync reverted to "connect via modem" rather than local hotsync. I'm sure you've tried, but I would suggest making sure the Palm and PowerBook have the same connection methods selected. This drove me nuts for a while on my Wallstreet.
