I accidentaly left the power on to my Prism and lost all my settings/information stored. Lucikly I had everything sync to the Palm deskstop. But now that the visor is recharged it won't sync with the data on the Palm Desktop to the Prism?
Do I have to enter all my information back in by hand again?
Look under your HotSync menu, HotSync menu, Conduit Settings. Try setting all the conduits to "Macintosh overwrites handheld" and syncing again. We might be able to help more if we knew what happened when you tried to sync.
