So here's my dilemma.

New Palm user.
Have Palm desktop on my Mac at home.
Downloaded Palm desktop for windows at work.

Can I sync off both Desktops? Unfortunately, most big changes occur at work but I'd like to keep the Mac Desktop with the same info at home.

I use the same user name everywhere.
Your thoughts, please.

i dont think there would be any issues at all. youd obviously need 2 cradles, but i dont think theres any way that the palm would know that youre using 2 different computers, especially since youre going to use the same user name. it would be interesting to find out if there is anythign bad that happens. let us know.

This totally works for me. At work, I sync my Visor Deluxe to our internal corporate, marketing and editorial databases. At home, I sync with Entourage. (Prior to Entourage, I used OE 5.02.)

You have nothing to worry about. Just make sure to use the same user name on both platforms ... and that you have enough memory to hold the contacts.

If my building were destroyed and I or my Visor wasn't in it, I would have another level of backup with my handheld. Plus, I can now work from home without having to login to my corporate network.
