I'm baffled... I just got a Palm IIIx. I'm generally very impressed with it and with the quality of the Mac Palm Desktop software, with one glaring exception. I canNOT figure out any way to get email to work. The directions in the manual seem irrelevant--Windows-based, and I can't find any equivalent configuration menus or choices in the Desktop software. I can't find anything anywhere that spells out which email clients it works with. When I enter an email and hotsync, no messages are logged and everything appears to work--but no email is sent. (And no "outbox" appears).

The eMail client I use by preference is Netscape Communicator. I also have Eudora and Outlook Express available on my machine.

I believe Mac e-mail conduits are not included. You have to buy MultiMail from ActualSoft (www.actualsoft.com), either just the conduit or the conduit and the Palm mail program.
