Hello. I have a PB G4 (love it, by the way) and wish to synch with my Visor Deluxe via the IR port.
How do I do this? I looked under setup of my palm software, and there is no place to change to IR.
I am running OS 9.1, and Palm OS 2.6.

P.S. I did run a search, and found an article on this, but I couldn't find the proper extensions it reccomends.

First you need software on the Visor to be able to IR sync. IRLink works very well, but costs $20. There are some others that are free (beamsync and comlink), but I wasn't able to get them to work, you might have better luck.

On the laptop side I think it is pretty easy, but don't know for sure. I read that all you have to do is open up the hotsync setup and change the port to IR.
