Hi everyone,
I recently purchased by Palm Vx - a brand spanking new unit which was totally perfect, not even a blemish from production. I had used it for about 2 weeks and it was pretty cool. However, christmas came around and my uncle gave me a Palm Vx Chameleon Stylus. Cool I though. WRONG. The thing ruined my Palm Vx. Dozens and Dozens of scratches began to pop up (Apparent when tilted in light) and I can't get them out!!!!! (BTW, I already eliminated all other variables that could have resulted in the scratches, since my schedule and environment didn't change after christmas - and I am too protective of the unit to have used a pen or pencil to scratch it) Should Pentopia, the maker of the stylus, buy me a new unit or at least pay for repair fees? If so, how can I approach them on this issue?
Thanks For your responses
