Ok, here's a simple one for anyone who's been using their visor more than, say, me.

I'm pretty happy with the calendar, to do, etc. The address book isn't bad, either. But here's my thing. I want some addresses to be in TWO categories. ie., I'm preparing my wedding guest list, and I want to be able to go thru my list (already sorted by friends, family, freelance, and work) and check of some of them as invitees, thus making another list called "wedding." Then, in a few months, I can take the list, make labels, and send invites.

(oh yeah, how do you make labels... I'm a graphics guru, these database things I know not!)

I know Filemaker can do this, but I don't own it and am not quite willing to pay $70 for a solution--plus I want it on my visor as well.

Suggestions?

I just found this out today. You can print labels from the Palm Desktop. Check it out.

What I would do is duplicate the entry and simply put it in the other category. You'll have two but it'll get the job done.

I'd have thought Palms can do this by now, but then I've been on Newton for over a year. I don't know what the limit is, but I currently have 6 folders in Names.

As far as making labels I believe Apple Works can do this for you, but I've never tried it.
