I'm trying to sync a Palm V to a new ti-book. The irda port seems to be recursively turning on and off -- Irda control panel finds the palm, then says "no networks" then finds it... this goes on for a while.

When I try to sync, there's no sign of it doing anything. When I put the palm in front of the mac, i get a dialog box that keeps showing up then disappearing: "Waiting for Sender..."

Palm (OS v.3.3) and HotSync Manager both are set to connect via ir port... Help!!
