When I do a hotsync with my handspring it occasionally says that the entourage conduit cannot be launched as the user is not found. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

I sync on a PC at work(I'm trying to change that and my iBook OS9.1 at home.

I have found that if you have multiple Entourage identities, the proper one has to be active for the Hotsync to work.
