Okay, I just bought a brand new visor Platinum. I want to pull my contact list from Outlook Express but can't seem to do this.

Accroding to OE 5, all I need to do is turn on hotsync from the OE5 file menu and then push that little button on my cradle. I do this, and a screen comes up it says it's updating and all that stuff, but it seems to take the data from Palm Desktop and not OE5. How do I get it grab my contact list from OE5?

Help ASAP please!!!

You need to first install the OE Palm conduit. You'll find it in the Extras folder in your Outlook Express folder. It'll be in folder called Palm. Just run the installer.
