Hello everybody:

I just installed the calculations part of works. I want to calculate an annuity let's have this example:
I will receive $3000/year at the end of each of the next four years. Each payment will be invested at an interest rate of 10% compunded annualy. How much would be accumulated in principal and interest by the end of the fourth year?
The answer is $13,923 (rounded)

I have tried the built in financial functions in works but haven't been able to make them work. The help guide is vague and unclear.

Can somebody help me on this?

Thanks in advance

Pablomac

p.d Newton is the best PDA around, those who don't think so should give it a try for a couple of hours and then go to ebay and buy one jejeje
