Everytime I Hotsync my Vx or my wife's Workpad with PalmDesktop 2.6.1 using a Keyspan USB to Serial adaptor I get the Hotsync interrupted, data not backed up error. As far as I can tell it's hotsync'd fine, all the updates are on both machines, but it's kind of anoying. I've got the conduit setup to do 'fast as possible' using 'keyspan DB9 adapter', but have lowered the speed and the same error appears. Any ideas? Thanks.

Are you using the latest drivers from Keyspan? Here in the office, that is usually the culprit when a device attached to a USB/serial adapter malfunctions.
