Syncing Visor Prism w/Entourage, Semi works

I got my Visor Prism to sync with Entourage - kinda.
It syncs the Date Book and the Address book. But not the To dos, or memos.
Under conduit settings is says sync To dos and Memos. But it doesn't!
Ti 500 OS 9.1
And ideas???

I got a Palm this week & Entourage does sync its to-dos and memos for me, so what can I say? You are using the Entourage conduit that came with Office in the Value Pack aren't you, and not the Palm Organizer conduit?

It doesn't put them on the calender like Palm Desktop does, it puts them under the Tasks heading.
Just through this out there in case you're looking in the wrong place for them.

This is the only thing I can think to do: set the todo and notes section of the conduit to "Handheld overwrights Entourage" and do a sync. Make sure you check "do once then synchronize". Maybe that will make them appear.
It took me a good four or five syncs to get Entourage syncing with my Visor properly, without any dupes and other anomolies. Hang in there!

I cannot get my Visor Edge to get my mail from Entourage. Ideas? I have installed the conduit from the value pack.

I know this sounds stupid but, I don't think it can. I mean the Entourage conduit can't sync your mail with your Palm/Visor.

I got mine to sync :-)
I did have to sync the dates seperately... and I did have to erase from my Entourage, past dates ( I kept last months). Once that was done it sync fine.
