I recently purchased a Newton 2100 and am looking for recommened software, i need a tool that compiles java and a program that can connect to a telnet server. Also games would be nice.... Any suggestions.

my god man, dont know how to use a search engine?

theres tonnes of great software scattered across the net. my software archive is up at sine.ath.cx
you can access it thru ftp, carracho or hotline.

Try usenet groups, and any of the newton websites, start here: http://hometown.aol.com/thisolnewt/index2.html

Yes search engines seem to elude some people, they are complex, but follow these directions, go to Google.com, enter 'Newton' in field and astound yourself
