Hi all,

Just got a new TiBook 400. Fantastic machine! Had no problems syncing my Visor over a serial connection with my old Wallstreet Powerbook. But I'm having problems over USB. I get the following error message when I hit the hotsync button:

"Software needed for the USB devise "Handspring Visor" is not available. Would you like to look for the software on the Internet?"

To which I respond YES. Then I get the message:

"Software for this device has not been found. Please contact the manufacturer..."

I've selected "Handspring USB" as the local setup port under serial port settings. I've tried a soft reset of my Visor. Nothing. As far as I understand all the USB drivers are already included with Palm Desktop 2.6.1. So, why is it looking for USB software? I've got a fresh install of OS 9.1 running so there shouldn't be any weird extension conflicts. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks! AG
