I think it will pretty much work in any machine. Bear in mind the 466 Digital Audio was one of the first models with 133 Mhz bus. Remember the series from last year? 466, 533, 733(With Superdrive)...If you have a Sawtooth or Yikes motherboard you could probably tweak your motherboard to run this at the true 466 Mhz speed or I have read if you put it in a Gigbit Ethernet model it will act as a 450 without any mods...
