I've been contemplating getting a new Powermac but it would really depend on how much my old one is worth. I'd be selling the following config.
G4 350 sawtooth, 512mb ram, 30gb 7200rpm hard drive, Rage Pro 128 AGP, DVD rom, external 12x10x32 firewire CD-RW, OS 9.2 and 10.2, Pro Keyboard, Pro Mouse. I also still have the original box for the tower if that helps. I'm not sure if I'm going to do it as my G4 serves my needs well even almost 3 years after I got it but if i could get like 900 or more for this I might do it as I can get a new single 867 for like 1300 through the educational store. Anyhow thanks for your input.

Check for similar systems on ebay...look at the completed items list.

no way you'd ever get $900. g4 400's usually go for 550 or so w/o monitor.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry about posting in the wrong forum, I've been away from MacNN for a while and didn't realize this forum existed. Anyhow, I've decided to hang on to my G4. It serves me fine and I'd rather not spend the money now. Plus, if I wait a while, I can get a better system and still hang on to my old one as money won't be as big of a problem once I graduate from college in May. Thanks for the help though.
