There are several reputable sources online:

smalldog.com
powermax.com
apple.com (check the Special Deals section for refurbs)
macgurus.com (check the Forums)
dealmac.com (check the Basement)
powerbookcentral.com (check the Classifieds section for PowerBooks)

I'm sure there are several more...but I'm drawing a blank at the moment. That should get you started though
