Hi!

I am looking to trade my pc for an iBook(at least 500MHZ)
i dont care about ram, cd rom drive, harddisk etc

My specs are:

Intel motherboard socket 370 (PIII)
Celeron 800 MHZ proccesor
128MB ECC pc133 ram
ati radeon 7500 64MB
network onboard
sound onboard
video onboard
xtra network card
xtra sounds card
300 watt powersupply
in win case
40 Gigabyte HardDisk
15" NEC monitor
Microsoft Wheelmouse optical USB
Compaq usb keybord

also you get a matched pair of celeron 366 mhz easily overclocked to 550(perfect for servers and 4 fans(GlobalWin, ThermalTake Golden Orb + case fan) I will also include a Abit bp6 mainboard, but this motherboard is probably not working, I am not sure but almost sure. I can install windows XP or windows 98 on the system for you.

Reasonable offers: mail me at erik_rulezzz@hotmail.com

i dunno, i'm thinking your gonna have to pony up some cash to be able to trade that computer for a 500+ mhz ibook. especially since kick ass p4's can be put together for less than 500 bucks, or even at dell. well, gl though!

You'll probably have to pay for the shipping on that computer. And throw in at least $400-600 in a trade. That computer is not even close to the value of an iBook, even a 500mzh one. Macs have such a skewed depreciation value compared to PCs that even if they were made at the same time you can't use that fact to compare them in value.

How about the 'older' imacs then, like the ruby/idigo ones?
And the older ibook how are they? 333/366/400/466? Is there a chance someone would trade my pc for that?
