I'm looking for a processor upgrade for my Power Tower Pro. Its essentially the same as a 7500-9500. I'm looking for probably a G3 with 1 MB of cache. I know some cards only had 512K. But everything, including G4 all depends on the price. Let me know. And if I make a deal I will then have a 225MHz Daughter card for sale if anyone wants it. Thats a 604e, single processor, not a dual.
My computer does NOT take ZIF processors!!!

Is it a daughter card upgrade or a ZIF from a factory G3? Plus i really had my heart set on 1 Mb of L2 cache, you're probably only has 0.5MB?

It's a ZIF from a B&W G3 and yeah it's a 512k cache. I had this 300 and another one with 1mb cache and could never tell the diff. Unless you need it for something specific, you shouldn't be able to tell, but I guess that's up to you. Either way, let me know if you're interested.

I need an upgrade for a PCI Mac, a daughter card. My machine doesn't take ZIF cards.
