I have a Powerbook 550 DVD (not combo) with a 48gb 5400 Travelstar and 768mb RAM installed. The bottom half of the case was just replaced by apple (tons of scratches and bends) and is perfect, so is the top half. Hell, the whole computer is in pristine shape. There is one stuck pixel (white) near the bottom of the screen, which you can't ever really see. Has a new AC adaptor too.

How much do you think I could get for this puppy? What if I included a Boblbee Megalopolis case? I am trying to figure out a fair price for this guy - I am having visions of burning DVD's at 1x speed...

This also has 3-4 months left on the warranty. Help me out guys.

thanks.

Considering that 667 DVI's can be had for $1800 right now from SmallDog, I would say that a fair price for your Ti would be about $1,500-1,600, considering the Hard Drive and RAM upgrades.

Thanks for the reply. I went to go check out smalldog, but the 667's they had went for $1999.00.

It's too bad. I would have sold mine and picked up one of those for $300 more....

Well, I saw the price listed here, but I guess they must have sold out quickly. (Bottom of that page)
