I have an academic copy of Office 2001 for OS 9 but the catch is it's an academic copy. So you know if you're eligible to buy it or not. If you're not and still want it, I don't want to know about it. It's between you and MS

So if anyone out there is interested in it, give me a yell. I no longer use OS 9, so it's of no use to me. Worse case scenario, I donate it to a local non profit group that uses macs.

Thanks!

Michael

Don't worry as far as I'm concerned post count means absolutely nothing except you post alot It has absolutely nothing to do with credibility. As far as price I think the new academic price is something like $250. Hasn't gone down from when I bought it so I'll say $100 including priority shipping.

Thanks!

Michael

Will have to give it some thought .(wanting it to use on an older iBook Space Clam for school instead lugging my 500 around) I am pretty tapped right now but coming soon I might have to get me an early x-mas present

If you get some other offers tho, dont let me hold you back on getting it sold.

I don't know, but I brought an Academic edition of Office v.X and it was only 25 bucks. Not 250.

Don't mean to highjack your thread.

Go online to any of the academic retailer and you will see its $250. I bought mine at that price from apple as academic. Unless your school has some special deal with MS there is no way to get it cheaper than that.

As mentioned previously though, it doesnt' really matter to me if it sells or not. If it doesn't, I'll donate it to a local NFP Group and use it as a $250 tax write off

Yeah he's obviously refering to a special plan. Our school has an agreement with M$ so that we get office free. But i know most places sell it at a reduced cost.
