It's 5GB iPod, one year old. It is not damaged, and includes all the original documentation (meaning, none). It goes for $210 + shipping. The transaction can be arranged via escrow if you want.

imo a 5gb ipod isn't worth more than $50. it has the old scroll wheel (which totally blows compared to the new one) and has certainly seen some wear. let's not forget about the firewire issues with that model.

pimpin'? perhaps but i treat my beotches right.

there have been reports that the firewire connection indise the ipod breaks. so far i have not had that issue with my 5gb ipod but have read where many others have.

the scroll wheel on the original ipod gets pushed in very easily and tends to "scratch" when scrolling. by that i mean to the touch. it's still a great device but the first one out of the gate and they've improved since that release.

Oh yeah. I remember hearing about those, although my iPod never suffered from them.

Look at the quote of what art_director said. He wasn't offering to buy the iPod. He simply said he'd give $50 if nobody else bought it. That's a pretty generous offer. If I were Michael Jackson I'd just say the iPod didn't sell, and take the $50.

Sell it on ebay. People on this forum (including myself) are looking for a great bargains. Your iPod will sell for around $200 elsewhere.

Good luck with the sale.
