Hey all, I just wanted to let you know that I purchased an ipod from this member who had described it as "in a drawer for months unused" He also mentioned that the ipod was stuck on the dead battery screen which wasn't a big deal. The problm is that the ipod looks like it was hit by a car, and the hd inside is completely toast. I have emailed him numerous times, and he has still not responded. I have also contacted paypal to file a fraud complaint. Please be careful so this does not happen to you.

Edit: Added Original Post from him.

Have a 5 gig iPod for sale... It has been sitting in my drawer for a few months and I have barely used it.

Comes with original box, charger and firewire cable.

It is frozen on the dead battery screen and I cant recharge it.. My impatience is your gain...

I'll take 150 bucks.

-Doc

Its always better to be totally paranoid. Make the experience so painful for the seller that the very thought of ripping you off is not worth it
-"I don't believe in God. "
"That doesn't matter. He believes in you."

-"I'm not agnostic. Just nonpartisan. Theological Switzerland, that's me."
