I have the newer version iPod that I am selling. I wish I could hold on to it, but I need the money.

It runs perfectly. Battery life is still the same as it was new. The only bad thing, is that there are some scratches on the back. But that will happen with any ipod. Bought it new in November 02.

I have everything that came with it. All books, cables, remote, etc. I also have the sweet Waterfield iPod case. It's the white version.

Dude, you can get a 10gb iPod from new Dell for only $311 after a coupon and rebate. Try asking secondhand type prices. Like $280 or $250. Only a crackhead would buy a second hand iPod for only $49 less than new. I mean, you can get a refurb with full warranty for $350, usually free shipping too.

Hmm... mebbe they go for a bit higher than I thought, but still it'd be good for you to sweeten the deal, like free shipping or something. Here's an eBay search.
