I've got a 500mhz dual usb iBook and it's beginning to get pretty slow so I think I need to throw a new stick of ram.
Does anyone have one they would like to sell or know of some place I can buy it for pretty cheap?

I've checked places like 18004memory but although their prices are cheap they charge like $30 for shipping to Canada, so they get to be out of my price range.

crucial has 512MB sticks for $145.99 plus $13 shipping. they ship to the US for free if you can finagle some sort of arrangement that way.

most will tell you crucial has the best ram around. i think its the same kind apple puts in their computers.

not to poo on your parade, but you certainly get what you pay for in the RAM arena.

check out dealram.com for good ram deals. they probably have some in the $90 dollar area.
