There are still two months left of thee warranty, and there are no problems with it whatsoever. There are only light scratches like most iPods and can't be seen with the cover on anyways. I am asking for $199 with shipping (U.S. Priority Mail or AirMail overseas) and accept check, money order, or you can pay with Credit Card using PayPal.

correct- it is the 'regular' scroll wheel, like all 5GB models
