I have a friend who picked up a Lombard with what seems like a short in the charging unit/PMU/???. It won't charge but if you play with the power input doggle (?) you can get the green power light to come up. It is in beautiful condition, worked great up until it went down, about a month after he bought it. Asking for $500/obo.
