I've been using the Powerbook for a while, and while it is a great machine, I think I'd get more use out of the new 15" Powerbook (when they come out soon).
That said, here is what it is:
12" Powerbook 867Mhz G4 w/ SuperDrive
640MB RAM
60GB hard drive
Airport Extreme
Extra AC Adapter
The current cost of this machine from Apple's store is $2177. Add in 6% sales tax, and you're looking at about $2307. I'm looking for $1950 for it, shipping included. The Applecare on it runs out in March, 2004 (you can still buy the Applecare Protection Plan before then to extend the warranty another two years).
As I usually sell on the Arstechnica Openforum, here is my Beerology feedback.
It is in perfect shape - no scratches, no wobbling, no excessive heat problems. It's a great machine, and I've taken good care of it. It comes in the original box with all the original accessories (except the original box padding).

I did. That's how I come up with the price above. That machine has less RAM, a smaller hard drive, no Airport Extreme, and no extra AC adapter.

It's a decent price when you factor in the AppleCare and extra adapter. However, many stores still have the superdrive model with airport extreme included discounted to $1799.
Was the 60gig drive factory installed or did you install it yourself?

Check out eBay. Yesterday I saw a new 12" SD/256/40 and extra battery go for $1,300! There are definitely some deals to be had. These 12"s are not retaining value very well. It's definitely a buyers market.

Well, how about $1900. C'mon - I know something out there wants it.

Gotta love it when people try to be a smart ass, and only end up getting the ASS part right.
Read. Think. Post. In that order.
